Keyboard Shortcut to Your any Browser


  • Alt + F4 —-> To close current Window
  • Ctrl + N —–> To open a new window
  • Ctrl + T —–> To open a new Tab
  • Ctrl + W or Ctrl + F4 —-> To close the current tab
  • Ctrl + Shift + T —-> To Reopen the last closed tab.
  • Ctrl + Tab ——> To Switch to next tab
  • Ctrl+Shift+Tab —-> To Switch to the previous tab
  • Alt + 1-8 —–> To go to specified tab, counting from left
  • Alt + 9 —–> To go to last Tab
  • Middle Click of the mouse on Tab —-> To close it
  • Ctrl + Left Click, Middle Click of Mouse on a link —-> to open it in next tab
  • Shift + Left Click on a link —–> To open it in a new window
  • Alt + Left Arrow, Backspace —–> To Back
  • Alt + Right Arrow, Shift + Backspace ——> To Forward
  • F5 or Ctrl + R —-> To Reload
  • Ctrl + F5 —-> To Reload and skip the cache, re-downloading the entire website
  • Escape —-> To Stop
  • Alt + Home —> To Open homepage
  • Ctrl and + or  Ctrl + Mousewheel Up —-> To Zoom in
  • Ctrl and –  or  Ctrl + Mousewheel Down —-> To Zoom out
  • Space or  Page Down —–> To Scroll down a frame
  • Shift + Space or  Page Up —-> To Scroll up a frame
  • Home —-> To Top of page
  • End —-> To Bottom of page
  • Ctrl + 0 —-> To Default zoom level
  • F11 —-> To Full-screen mode
  • Ctrl + L or Alt + D or  F6 —-> To Focus the address bar
  • Ctrl + Enter —-> To Prefix www. and append .com to the text in the address bar, and then load the website
  • Alt + Enter —-> To Open the location in the address bar in a new tab
  • Ctrl + K or  Ctrl + E —-> To Focus the browser’s built-in search box
  • Alt + Enter —-> To Perform a search from the search box in a new tab
  • Ctrl + F or F3 —-> To Open the in-page search box to search on the current page
  • Ctrl + G or F3 —-> To Find the next match of the searched text on the page
  • Ctrl + Shift + G or Shift + F3 —-> To Find the previous match of the searched text
  • Ctrl + H —-> To Open the browsing history
  • Ctrl + J —-> To Open the download history
  • Ctrl + D —-> To Bookmark the current website
  • Ctrl + Shift + Del —-> To Open the Clear Browsing History window
  • Ctrl + P —-> To Print the current page
  • Ctrl + S —-> To Save the current page to your computer
  • Ctrl + O —-> To Open a file from your computer
  • Ctrl + U —-> To Open the current page’s source code. (Not in IE.)
  • Double Click on the word —-> To high-lite it
  • Triple click on any word —–> To high-lite the paragraph
